Client Account Manager
(Part-Time / Freelance, Canada-Based)

What You’ll Do

Onboard new clients and guide them through setup

Lead month-end review meetings with clients (via Zoom)

Manage client communication over email and Zoom, ensuring timely and professional responses

Collaborate with our bookkeeping team to ensure client needs are met quickly and accurately

Review and oversee work completed by other team members for accuracy and quality

Build long-term client relationships while juggling multiple accounts at once
What We’re Looking For

Based in Canada, with 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or client services

Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously and reviewing others’ work

Strong communication skills (written + verbal); proactive and client-focused

Familiarity with tools such as: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Keeper, Stripe, PayPal, and Gmail
-
Experience supporting Canadian and U.S. small businesses

Able to self-manage and stay organized in a fully remote environment

Open to ongoing training, but confident working independently
