Client Account Manager
(Part-Time / Freelance, Canada-Based)

Location: Fully Remote, Canada Only!

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through setup

  • Lead month-end review meetings with clients (via Zoom)

  • Manage client communication over email and Zoom, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Collaborate with our bookkeeping team to ensure client needs are met quickly and accurately

  • Review and oversee work completed by other team members for accuracy and quality

  • Build long-term client relationships while juggling multiple accounts at once

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Canada, with 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or client services

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously and reviewing others’ work

  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal); proactive and client-focused

  • Familiarity with tools such as: QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Keeper, Stripe, PayPal, and Gmail

  • Experience supporting Canadian and U.S. small businesses

  • Able to self-manage and stay organized in a fully remote environment

  • Open to ongoing training, but confident working independently
